Our dream was simple, to open a new pop-up concept, serving proper pizzas.
We didn't just want to follow the crowd and serve frozen , hand stretched pizza. We wanted to do real pizza, proper pizza, fresh Neapolitan pizza. Our journey began with a backpack, a camera and a notepad.
